Terms of Service | CS2 Server Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding CS2 Server Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

2. Description of Service

CS2 Server Bot is a Discord bot that allows Counter-Strike 2 server administrators to control their game servers through Discord. The bot provides features including but not limited to:

Changing maps via RCON commands
Switching game modes
Restarting rounds and matches
Pausing and unpausing games

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the authority to manage the CS2 server you are connecting to
Keeping your RCON credentials secure
Using the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
Using the bot in compliance with Valve's terms for Counter-Strike 2
Properly configuring role-based permissions to prevent unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CS2 Server Bot to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Access servers you do not have authorization to control
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or hack the bot
Use the bot for any commercial purposes without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the bot's services

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep CS2 Server Bot operational at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

CS2 Server Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or server configurations
Unauthorized access to your server
Service interruptions or downtime
Any other damages arising from use of the service

CS2 Server Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the bot developers. Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. This bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the bot at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
